RULES OF CONDUCT
The Source is a private property. In order to provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment, we request your cooperation in complying with the following “Rules Of Conduct” and all laws and local ordinances to be followed by all of our guests.

Wear appropriate clothing. Shirts and shoes or sandals must be worn at all times.

Please walk, do not run.

Act responsibly. Please refrain from:

Shouting, making loud noises or using indecent language

Playing loud music other than what the center provides

Defacing, damaging, or destroying any property belonging to the center, its patrons, or its tenants.

Assembling in a manner which disturbs the public peace.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at The Source:

Carrying weapons, including any firearm, BB gun, pellet gun including rifles/pistols or replicas whether loaded or not, knives, or any weapon that could cause harm to others.

Possession, use or under the influence of marijuana, alcoholic beverages and any illegal or non-prescribed drug.

Smoking or vaping, except in designated areas.

Riding bicycles, skates, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or similar, or any motorized vehicles.

Loitering.

Photographs or video recordings of any kind for commercial use. Any photo/videoshoots must obtain prior approvals/permits from Property Management.

Distribution of literature, special promotions, or use of the property for any purpose other than shopping/dining, without prior written approvals from Property Management.
The Source retains the right to revise or modify this code of conduct as necessary, and any exceptions to this Rules Of Conduct will be determined by Property Management in its sole discretion.
Failure to comply with all Rules Of Conduct can result in an order to leave the property, with an order to leave can result in a trespass arrest.
